Camp Details

Camp Dates: Wednesday, July 22 to Sunday, July 26 

Location: Wheat State Retreat Center in Augusta, KS

Pricing: $400/student

Final Payments: Due July 8th by 11:59pm

Waitlist: June 25th, with no guarantee placement

Grades:  Current class of 2025-2026, 6th-12th graders. 

  • If you have an incoming 6th grader, they will be able attend VBS with LMK. They will not be eligible to attend this years Youth camp.

Registration Details

There are 3 steps to registering this year:

  • Step 1: Read the camp guidelines here.
  • Step 2: Download and complete the notary form. 
  • Step 3: Register with a Release of Liability notary, pay a $100 deposit, turn in a physical copy of notary in the offering box.

Selecting Cabins: Select your student’s cabin based on their grade for the upcoming Fall 2026–2027 school year. If there are no more remaining spots available, do not continue registration. Please reach out to Sonya at sonya.houghton@lifemission.church and she will email you a waitlist link to fill out. After you complete the waitlist registration, you will be put on a waitlist and if at any point, a spot becomes available, we will contact you based on availability. 

Refund Policy

  • Full refund available through June 24th
  • 50% refund June 25th - July 15th
  • No refunds for cancellations on or after July 16th
  • You can make payments through the payment reminder email or through your church account. For more information go to our resource page to see how to make payments

Previous Communication

If you missed our previous email, we have updated our registration this year. To help create the most organized, safe, and successful experience possible, we’re implementing a few important updates to our registration process.

  • Families will need to have the notary form notarized before starting registration.
  • Registration will not be complete until the notary form is uploaded AND the $100 deposit is submitted.
  • You CANNOT move on to the next steps of the registration UNTIL the notary form is uploaded. 
  • Registration closes June 24th at 11:59pm, and any sign-ups after that date will be placed on a waitlist.
